For any Expedited shipping please contact us for additional shipping fees. Typically you can expect delivery of goods within 7-10 Business days from date of shipment. Most orders ship within two days (not including weekends or holidays) from the receipt of your order. We only ship within the continental United States. There will be an additional charge for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. For any other locations please contact, us as there will be additional fees. We do not ship to PO Boxes. – Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Quest Boards on-line purchase you may return the goods within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Product must be returned unused and in NEW condition.
- You will be credited for Product ONLY, NOT including cost of shipping once goods have been returned.
- Customers returning product not in NEW condition will be subject to Non-Refund.
- For Manufacturer Defects please contact us, as additional information and photos will be required depending on the issue.
- If returned, there will be a restocking fee of $15.00 which will be deducted upon your refund.

– Return Claim Procedure
To return a purchase please follow the steps below
- Contact us with your claim.
- Upon contact Quest Boards will examine your claim for return or refund (please allow two business days).
- If approved, pack product in suitable packaging to ensure it is not damage in shipping. Ship the package using a traceable source (i.e. UPS, Federal Express). Quest Boards is not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping.
- We will contact you when we have received your goods to let you know the status of the return claim.
